Deep Release
This is your invitation to slow down and soften. Yin offers long-held, floor-based poses (typically 2+ minutes) designed to release deep tension in fascia and connective tissue. You’ll be supported by props and guided into stillness with breath, awareness, and patience.
Best for: All levels. Particularly nourishing if you feel stiff, tired, overwhelmed, or just in need of a good exhale.

The Unwind
Restorative yoga is all about doing less, so your body can receive more. This deeply restful class uses bolsters, blankets and blocks to fully support your body in gentle postures held for time. You’ll settle the nervous system, soften the mind, and feel a sense of calm restoration by the end.
Best for: Everyone. Come as you are — especially if you’re stressed, fatigued, or craving stillness.
