Ashley

After years in the corporate world, I discovered Pilates as a way to disconnect from stress and reconnect with myself. Now, a Level 3 certified Pilates instructor, I bring that same energy to my upbeat, empowering classes—designed to build strength, confidence, a deeper mind-body connection and a little burn.

Gabie

Originally a dancer and keen gymnast, I fell in love with Pilates when it helped me overcome severe back pain. I recently trained to become a reformer Pilates instructor to help other people feel the benefits that Pilates can have on their bodies.

Kara

My journey with Reformer Pilates began over 2 years ago as I fell completely head over heels with the method after experiencing it’s incredible benefits. As someone who has suffered with autoimmune issues since I was 16, I’ve found Reformer Pilates to be the perfect medicine in mind, body and spirit.

Katrina

I’m a Vinyasa yoga teacher that loves to combine creativity and mobility into my classes whilst making them accessible. I will be teaching Mandala at Equinim. Expect to move around the mat and work with the 4 elements: fire, earth, air and water. Incorporating breathwork throughout and meditation at the end of class.

Tali

I grew up in Edinburgh and trained as a dancer from a young age. A chronic back injury at the age of 10 led me to Pilates during a two year break from dancing. During this time, Pilates helped me to strengthen my body and understand the pain, and eventually enabled me to complete a degree in Contemporary Dance.

Austin

Prior to teaching yoga, Austin moved to London from his native Scotland to have a successful career in the music business as a recording engineer/music producer. Paul McCartney, Elvis Costello, Sting, Hans Zimmer, and Michael Nyman are some of the many artists he’s had the pleasure of working with.

Helen

I've been practicing Pilates since 2013. After struggling with chronic back pain for over 10 years, I discovered that regular Pilates helped me understand the source of my pain—and gave me a real turning point in how I managed and treated it. That journey lit a fire in me, and I became passionate about Pilates as a powerful tool for healing and self-awareness.

Anton

I’m Anton! I’ve been into yoga since 2015 and finished my teacher training in 2017. For me, yoga is an endless journey—there’s always more to discover, whether it’s about your body, your mind, or how you move through the world. I love encouraging people to explore their own practice in a way that feels personal and playful. My classes are light-hearted and full of smiles, sass, and a good bit of humour.

Dan

I have been a dedicated student of yoga for over a decade and I’m passionate about sharing its transformative power—both physical and spiritual—through teaching. Rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition, my practice is grounded in disciplined, breath-led movement. I trained under Stewart Gilchrist at the East London School of Yoga, an experience that deeply influenced his teaching philosophy and spiritual approach.

Zara

Zara is a passionate and experienced movement teacher with over 300 hours of certified yoga training, including a 200-hour Yoga Alliance qualification and an additional 100 hours focused on Yin Yoga, advanced physiology, and anatomy. She is also a fully qualified Pilates instructor, trained in both mat and Reformer Pilates, with specific classical training on the reformer.
